Fibre not working!!

The application went smooth because obviously they want money and the sales agent for them to claim their commissions. I got my router delivered now that I’ve connected the router there’s no internet. I’ve been out from pillar to post. Their WhatsApp business account is very useless! I got an sms saying they are done with the install when there isn’t anyone who came to my unit to verify this. Bad experience to say the least as a first timer. The internet isn’t working! I’m a tenant at Greencreek and would like this so be sorted or else I’m suing.
