Fibre not working

The worst service ever ,my wifi has not been working from last week Thursday till today ,all they do is they send me from pilar to post 😢 they said a technician will contact me it's been 5days now and there is no communication, I regret signing up under webafrica and what's worse is i have been with them from 2022 all I can say is they are *********** 😒
