Fibre Line Activated on Incorrect Address – No Resolution After a Month

I app**** for fibre installation at my home for the main house through Webafrica and was asked to make payment before installation could proceed. I paid as requested.

However, Webafrica activated the fibre on the incorrect line, which is linked to the outbuilding on the property. That outbuilding has been vacant for the past two years since the tenants moved out, and there is currently no fibre box installed there. The cable is simply lying there unused.

I have been contacting Webafrica for over a month to correct this issue. I have repeatedly used their chat support, but nobody calls back and the problem remains unresolved. Each time I follow up, I am told they are waiting for Vumatel to rectify the issue, yet nothing has been done.

I specifically app**** for a second fibre line for work purposes, so this delay has been extremely frustrating.

At this point, I am requesting that Webafrica resolve this matter as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be corrected immediately, I expect a full refund so that I can take my services elsewhere.

Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend taking fibre through Webafrica or Vumatel until their service and communication improve.
