Fibre Installation Headache

I thought that there must be something wrong with me where trying to get fibre installed has turned into a nightmare... only to read many many people have the same issues. The bot does not work, I've wasted all my airtime trying to call without actually speaking to anyone and have just ended up extremely frustrated! I need to have a second line installed but every time I contact Webafrica and tell them the whole story, they keep sending the Vumatel installation team. But the installation team can't do anything because the line has not been installed!!! Because there is no way to speak to the correct people this has happened 4 times. Vumatel tells me to speak to the Customer Service Manager at Webafrica but there is no way of getting hold of the correct person.
