Complaint about Fibre Installation

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the ongoing delay and unresolved issues surrounding my fiber installation.

On the 26th of February 2024, I deposited the required amount for fiber installation at my property 9 Pine Road Bongweni . However, to this date, the installation has not been completed. Initially, I was informed that there was an error with my address, which was later rectified. In March, a team visited my premises and mentioned that a maintenance team would be dispatched, but no further action was taken.

Since then, I have consistently followed up with your team, only to receive continuous promises without any resolution. After months of waiting, I decided to cancel the service on the 25th of June 2024, and requested a refund. To this day, I have neither received the installation nor the refund.

I kindly request immediate action on this matter. Please either proceed with the installation of the fiber or refund the amount I deposited without further delay.

I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
