Fibre Installation

The worst service of my life ever!!! They have done the installation 2 weeks ago, debited my account and i still don't have an active line. You cannot speak to a live person only to a robot that doesn't answer any of your questions. The installer refuses to give us anyone's number at the company as it is against company policies. Right now I am oaying for service thart I don't have and I'm not allowed to speak to anyone to assist me
