FIBRE INSTALL

<p>Dont bother waisting your time applying for fibre through Web Africa. I waited 2 months for an installation date only for nobody to rock up on that date, i had to take a total of 3 days off work and still nobody roked up. now a month later they call me again to schedule another instllation. 3 months after my original application. i have emailed Jody Hendricks at Web Africa probably 30 times asking for updates and eventually to cancel my fibre request but he couldnt be bothered to even reply to my emails. Worst customer service i ever experienced which is really dissapoiting as there internet quality is really good but i wont stay with a company that doesnt respect its clients.</p>
