Fibre fitment/ installation

Webafrica (bums) installed a fibre line at my house 7/9/2021. Damage the walls and drilled holes at different places just leaving open. The workmanship of the fitment was very poor. I did report it to Webafrica even send them photo. I’m still awaiting feedback. This is very poor customer service and workmanship.
