Fibre down for 7 days and counting

I logged a call with Web africa on going them that my fibre is down (LOS - line of sight is flashing Red) on 20 September 2017.

Many promises have been made and broken. They really make you feel like your call is the most important but in reality, they don't care! Don't expect them to phone you back, expect dropped calls. Expect the blame game between Webafrica, Vumatel, Fibrehoods and Brightlink.

On top of it their invoices arrive very promptly and charge you for services that you no longer, ADSL.

Going into Day 8 tomorrow, 28 September 2017 and counting...

Rafeeqah is well aware of my many calls and frustration, in fact he did not call me back after 10 minutes yesterday and then avoided me when I was forced to call WebAfrica again yesterday afternoon.

9 days and waiting, managers still hiding behind first line support.

11 days and waiting, still waiting for a manager to phone - got a lame canned response from a ticket I logged which told me how much they cared - at least that made me laugh! If you are in the market, I would look elsewhere to be honest.

If you want tech support to answer quickly while you try report your issues (11 days and still no fibre), just press "1" to for new fibre installations. They will answer straight away because they waste no time in tryng get new suckers onboard, otherwise go through tech support option and be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone.
