Fibre down for 2 days. Urgent request to fix
Hi. I have not been able to work for the past 2days now. My line as well as my neighbor as she is also Vumatel is down. I logged this call via ips provider which is yourselves. I just get emails saying u are working on it. Until when. I need answers as I am loosing my job. I work from home and cannot stress this enough. Firstly your service of logging calls is ridiculous.. How am I gonna pay you? I am going to block your payment with my bank. You cannot deduct for a service you didn't provide

23 Jun 2023, 18:52I am appalled at the level non concern with customers issues when it comes to webafrica. The customer care is pathetic n disrespectful like they are acting like they are doing me a favor when I pay for the service. Wow!! I actually need to go on Twitter on this not this platform
