Fibre down constantly

My fibre line has gone down 3 times in the past week and a half. And every time I have to wait 2 days before I get a response from web africa. Its like they wait for my fibre to work. Ask if its working. I say yes. Then I get home and its not working anymore and then I wait again. At the moment my fibre is not working for more time than it is working. I feel like if I only get internet for 1/3rd of the time I should only have to pay for 1/3rd of my internet bill.
