H N.H,
We understand your frustration, especially after experiencing an outage for the past 24 hours and then struggling to get assistance through WhatsApp. When you're relying on your connection, a lack of communication can be incredibly frustrating. To help us investigate this properly, could you please share a few more details about the issue you're experiencing? For example:
  •  Are you completely offline, or is the connection intermittent?
  •  What lights are showing on your router/ONT?
  •  Have you received any outage notifications?
  •  Is the issue affecting all devices?
Once we have a bit more information, we'll be able to point you in the right direction and ensure the matter is looked into further.Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew

I received an outage notification yesterday around 11am, how do you communicate once and stay over 24 hours quiet when its still down? Please take us serious.

Hi N.H,
We understand how frustrating it is to experience an extended outage with limited communication, especially when you rely on your connection and want clear, ongoing updates.
The outage in your area is still ongoing. Vumatel has confirmed that it is due to a fibre cable break, which is why the restoration is taking longer than expected. Their technicians are actively working on repairs, and resolving this remains a priority for them.
Your feedback will be shared with our Service Quality Team to review how updates are communicated during outages and improve the overall experience.
As soon as the outage is resolved, you will be notified by SMS.
In the meantime, you are welcome to stay in touch with us via direct message on Hello Peter and we will continue to provide updates and support where we can.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
