Fibre connection

Since the lockdown started trying to get service from them is like trying to get water out of a stone. Now they only work from home and only via WhatsApp, I've been paying for a gig line and never get more than 450mpbs. They always blame the provider but they don't get in touch with the faulted client either. So the problem never gets solved
