Fibre

I have signed up a fibre with Webafrica of which i was told is a 12 months promo now they deciced to increase my subcription without even communicating with me.

I have never experience such an extremely poor service from this service provider ,all they know is to debit even their employees are so *********** you their landline always transferring to correct department.The only person who gave me a very good service was Mzi the rest you **** service.

I have logged calls and every you chat with account you must always explain samething they dont keep records on the system,Their whatsapp service is alo worse cant even mention the account department my service is now suspended again.

Spoke to Jenine and she promised that the call was logged and she cant even explain why am i being of charged and she works for account department.I wont recommend anyone to sign up a fibre with webafrica seems as the dont know what their are doing ,you call landline just waste of airtime ,you find useless staff,
