Good Day I am posting on behalf of my cousin who app**** for Fibre last month and paid for it already and still don't have internet everytime the say someone will come out to install it but no one came yet this is unprofessional why is it taking solong webafrica is quick to ask for the money which they receive but now the customer how to wait till one day when they decide so send out people to come install the fibre I just want to know if they are going to help my cousin or not
