Fiber order: Lies and Bad Service

<p>Ordered Fiber from Weafrica and after waiting 42 days and e-mailing my municipal account to them for "address plotting" ???? purposes, I found out after numerous lies of how the order was escelated and how they are waiting for Telkom to provide an order number and had to manually put order in, that the order WAS NEVER PLACED WITH TELKOM..Now Telkom has done their work but I cannot get Webafrica to install the rooter etc. Phoned them three days ago, yesterday, four times today and still no show or even return call on if or when they will be here today. Waisted my day and I am wondering if I can still change to another provider??? These guys are useless.</p>
