Fiber Internet down for 5 days now.

My fiber has been down since Thursday last week. I moved over from RAIN to Webafrica using openserve. For the 6 months I had RAIN I had no issues, and now not even one month on my current package I am down for 5 days. No one at Webafrica can give me an ETA on when the issue will be resolved.
