fiber installed however the internet is not working

I app**** for fiber on the 16th February 2023. Received the routers few days later but waited for 3 weeks for the installation to be done. It was eventually installed 07.03.2023 and later that day I received an email stating that the internet is active however it not. I have tried communicating via whatsapp since last night until now but no one is answering me. The internet was suppose to be on effective 01.03.2013. I work from home and due to this, I have been unable to work. Can management look into this urgently. Is this how Webafrica conducts their business. I moved from Mweb to you and now I deeply regret my decision because this has affected my work
