Fiber installation

Most appalling customer service ever, this is frustrating, I have been in contact with web Africa almost every day about my fiber installation, my account was debited on the 27th of December, on the 5th of January I got a message that my fiber will be installed with in 2 to 3 business days, I have been contacting them every day speaking to different consultants promising to escalating my issue to management it's the 14th today I haven't gotten any assistance, I am working from home I have to buy data every day which is very costly on me, they do not take their customers serious, I've spoken to the following consultants Lauren Lee Zincke, Stanton Fillies, Muhammad M, none of them have gotten back to me with a follow up, this is shocking for such big company
