Fiber from hell- Web Africa

I have moved from one premises to another and Web Africa wants to charge me over R2048 because they can not provide me with fiber at my new premise. I have send back there "free router" yet they have still charged me for it. I have been trying to sort this out for March 2024 and still have no joy. You can not talk to a person and they only use WhatsApp Support as their primary communication channel. and every time you have to wait 72 hours and restart the proses from the beginning and still get no where.
