Fiber - easy plug in and play - NO NO Not without internet

App**** for Fiber with Webafrica on the 5th of November, all went well installation within 3 days, router delivered within one day. As they call is plug in and play. That is not the facts. I have been on the phone more than 3 hours a day with the call centre trying to resolve an error on my modem, the result no internet for two days. I have lodge 3 tickets for assistance and still all response that I get is the call centre will be in contact with me?

The technical team called me yesterday afternoon at 16h00 stating there is an installation error that is why we cannot install the router. This morning at 8h00 Dennis phoned and confirmed my service is 100% up and running including internet? It is now 3.46 the next day , still no internet or no response from anyone. Fransua from webafrica try to assist me yesterday trying every single action we can think of more than 3 hours later and still not internet. In the interim I am losing valuable working down time and cannot attend to anything else than waiting for a so called response and assistance? It is now weekend and the problem will still be there after the weekend and then my 7 days of declining the product has expired. What start out as a great experience is running as a nightmare at the moment.
