**** f*****g service, useless and clueless

I had my installation done on Thursday 18/02/2021 Until now they have failed to get my line sorted Been on the webchat to multiple agents and none of them have a damn clue about whats happening This service is pathetic They have no regard for clients, they are clueless about things and they not helpful The 24 to 48 hour activation period is done and still my line is not connected Its even more tough getting through to someone who can help And ISP ticket had to be logged to get a technician out to fix the line outside my premises and I am still waiting for that to happen Their service is **** and pathetic I want to cancel my subscription
