Feel sorry for agents working for this *********** company
No words...absolutely no assistance when service is stopped abruptly when payments have been made, even when it shows on their app when contacting in WhatsApp, they do not see information as reflecting on their own app...how *********** and absolutely frustrating, 2 platforms and the one not connected to the other, very bad management and knowledge of the platforms to be used successfully. Prepare yourself to wait for 3 hours plus ...and then nothing has been concluded to assist.it is a headache to say the least
