Fed Up with Web Africa! Worst company to deal with!

I app**** for Fibre to be installed with Web Africa and they delivered a faulty router and a week and a half later after spending hundreds of Rands on frustrating lengthy phone calls where their phones either didn't get answered or they put me on hold for 45 minutes at a time only be cut off and now I am still not connected and my business is suffering!!! I've spent so much money on airtime and data it's not funny!!

I eventually got hold of one of the managers who promised to follow up and make sure it was sorted out and two days later I am still sitting without internet or any communication on what is happening. I am now tired of phoning and begging! Im canceling and going elsewhere!! Fed up!!
