Faulty router help

Hi now I have a telkom lte product with you guys and I've got a free to ues huawei b525 router when I signed up in this month so I got the item every ting worked fine for the first few days then the router started giveing problems it keeped on rebooting and it would mostly factory reset itself then I have to start everything over I then decided to. Take. It to a telkom Direct store as it's a telkom product and then I wss assisted tey tested the router and everything then the guy siad the router is definitely faulty and that webafrica must replace it with a new huawei b525 like a drop and collect as he said it I did put the product directly from telkom he could of swap it out right there but because I got it with webafrica you must swap the router and send me a new replacement and take this one back asap because I can't be with out internet this long pls help as soon as possible
