Faulty router and no connection

I am an existing client under Vumatel, I paid for the services and my router has this red light which Wenafrica had confirm has a fault and logged a call for them to fix it, they just closed the query without even attending to it, the agent that was assisting me was rude and now it's 26 days later and no service has been provided to me yet I paid full amount, please assist
