Fast on collecting the debit orders, and that's where it ends

I ordered a fibre connection in October 2023, and initially everything seemed brilliant. I was advised that my fibre is activated and installed, and that my router is on it's way. The R249 was immediately recovered from my account and the subsequent monthly subscription as well.

The only problem being, neither the fibre hardware installation nor the router has materialised. Even if the router eventually arrives, it will be a bit of a challenge plugging is into NOTHING.

To make matters worse, try get hold of them its either online chat or whatsapp and both ways you still get ignored.
