False Promises
I app**** for fiber and it took a month before installation then another three weeks for second set of people to come to install the router . They never said anything and two weeks later I get a phone call to say that a third set of workers are coming . Yesterday I get a phone call to set up and I was told that my router was not linked they will get back to me . In the interim I receive a bill for 1100 to pay for something I have never used and I still don’t have access . The system is telling me that the password is wrong

07 Jul 2021, 18:30I recently found out that they are selling the company for 300 million. They want to lock us (60 000 ) for valuation. The market has valued the sale at between 120 -200 million . There is your answer: write up a lot of customers and cut costs by not providing any service except making them pay for no service rendered . What a business model
