False and misleading advertising

Webafrica falsely advertising their LTE packages by saying its "month to month" and as per their site, "We don’t do contracts – that is how we roll! If for whatever reason you want to cancel, all that is required is a calendar month’s notice.", except, if you cancel within 12 months, you get charged a clawback fee of R500 on the promotion, which they have hidden in the terms and conditions and contradicts the advertisment.

Hello ,

Sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience. We will do our best to sort it out.

So that we can contact you, please email *** or *** with your Customer Code/Order Number and we will jump onto it.

Once you have sent the email you will receive a 'ticket number’. Please hold onto that ticket number as a reference to your enquiry.

Kind regards,

Webafrica

Ive already called you guys, and argued with a person that kept saying its in the terms and conditions on the website, which doesn't help me. The fact remains is that you guys contradict yourself in the adverti*****t. In my opinion, its false advertising. Unless you guys have a solution in terms of me not having to pay R500, then I don't see the point in going through the effort of getting a ticket number etc, only to be told over and over and over "Its in our terms and conditions sir", I'd rather spend that time warning people about this grossly misleading adverti*****t as to prevent them from finding themselves in my shoes.
