false adverti*****t

I saw online webafrica ardvertising free installation, I then fell for false advertising and once the installation was done a bill came with installation fee. I write to them telling them this and have provided them proof but they are not rectifying this. Obviously was not a mistake but false adverti*****t. my last attempt to get them to do the right thing on the 18th their and told me after i repeated everything I have been saying all this month, he will escalate and call yesterday, he did not call (no surprise there). when I call their number I end up holding for 19 minutes with no answer. what a nightmare, worse part all this delay is taking up the days allowed to do returns
