False advertising - they charge people individually with whatever amount they choose

I've been with Webafrica for 4 years and every couple of months the price goes up. I'm currently paying R700 for a 40/20 Mbps connection. This same package is offered on their website for R549. When I queried that, I was told that I can get the new pricing if I take a R1000 cancellation fee with the new package. (then they can continue to increase the price as they want to and I have to pay a R1000 cancellation fee if I don't like it? - no thank you) Apparently the prices on their website are for new clients only (to catch new people). Be very careful. They are ****mers.
