False advertising and useless support team

WebAfrica markets their fibre speed upgrades as being instant. I was considering alternative providers but the instant upgrade with no waiting time advertising made me reconsider. After waiting many hours - I received a mail saying a new installation would take please, I then decided to reach out to the support team, useless beyond words.. All of a sudden I have to wait 2-3 days for an upgrade. Jermaine F. started getting ****y with me and asked if I viewed the screenshots he sent - those screenshots are from their support portal not what is advertised on the website.
