False Advertising and then hiding behind the terms and conditions.
I got a 220GB+220GB package from Webafrica for over a year. When I signed up their emails stated "If you need a router, it’s yours, for free!" and " no strings attached: free router, no long term contracts". There is Strings attached as it is a free to use modem and not free to own.. After querying this with Web Africa they states sorry, that is in our terms and conditions. I went back to their website on the 3rd of Dec 2017 and nowhere on the website it is stated that it is a free to use modem. Even on their terms and conditions you need to open another section to see that it is a free to use modem.
It is pathetic that a company like this will not inform you that you need to return the router and in fact that their emails where false advertising.
Afrihost will allow you to keep the modem as your own after 6 months .
