False advertising and terrible service!

For years we have just put up with their service but enough is enough now. From the various packages we have had through them none have even come close to what's advertised. When you enquire you get asked what router you have and other nonsense when it's all the equipment they supp****. We are now on their 100mb/s package which is not in any way a budget package and we have to deal with 13mb/s speeds! With kids doing projects for school and trying to work on pc and stream nobody actually ends up getting anything done. Their no care attitude towards their customers will eventually be their downfall. We will certainly be looking to another supplier that can actually keep their word on advertised speeds. Disgusted customer!
