False advertising and misleading information.

I think the marketing/advertising of webafrica is false and misleading and customers must really be careful when taking up service with Webafrica. We have been using their fibre service via Vumatel and even though I read other reviews I honestly didn't think it was this bad, I mean you will never get the speed you actually pay for, NEVER EVER, you are lucky if the speed is above half what you are paying for, and this is not a sometimes issue it's a most of the time issue, it's been almost a year now of patience and understanding but I think I am good now honestly. I also think this is not legal in terms of the consumer protection act, because surely as a customer I must get what I am paying for or get a refund if I don't, but they know no one is prepared to take such actions.

Highly disappointed, bored actually.🙄
