False advertising

False advertising - webafrica is running a 3 month promo where you receive a discounted premium for 3 months. My account got activated 27 June for which I understood and new I will be charged a few days prorata. So I understood that the special price will run for July & Aug & Sept. Not once was I informed that the special will be app**** on the 3 days of June and that will be considered my 1st month at a special rate. Wow! This type of false advertising and dishonest treatment of customers is what makes the difference between good and bad customer service. This type of treatment is what causes customers to change service providers.
