Failure to Provide Legal Tax Invoices – Unacceptable Practice

Webafrica's updated website no longer allows tax invoices to be downloaded - a critical failure, especially during tax season.

Screenshots and mini-statements are not valid for SARS submissions and will be rejected. Despite claiming that invoices are available in the Customer Zone, they are not. Invoices are also no longer emailed to customers, leaving them with no access to legally required documentation.

Customers spending significant amounts annually rely on proper invoices to complete tax returns. The company’s failure to provide this is not just poor service - it creates financial risk and legal non-compliance.

This issue must be resolved immediately, and all outstanding invoices made available without further delay.
