Failure to Connect me to the Wifi

I have no words for this company, by far it is the worse company I have dealt with. Till now I'm still waiting for the wifi password and connection. They got everything wrong from the address to the delivery. I can't keep speaking to a WhatsApp robot to get help. They stole my money and made promises that aren't kept. How do I report them to higher authority. There is absolutely no solutions only more and more problems. I can't even login on their online customer zone cause it says there's no account.
