FAILURE TO CANCEL LTE CONTRACT

CANCELLATION OF LTE CONTRACT

I have tried cancelling my service repeatedly but it repeatedly blocks me with a message that it cannot be done now and I must try later. This is a serious problem and I need a solution and a superior to take charge of the case.

Please assist me in this matter
