Failing to follow your own processes

No month to month I canceled Fibre in 9 July and I was told that I must give a month notice. And I did so even I moved out. Why you debited my account today. I want money back today. I will not follow your processes when you failed to do so. Call me today and refund me. I will not do business with you again
