Fail to give service but never fail to deduct money

I lodge an complaint about my wifi connection to the provider which when they came to fix they left a mess on the wiring…wires are al***** the place their own technician made the mess n wifi hasn’t been working i called to report again and i got a response that they will urgent attend as its their fault from Saturday i have been without wifi i must waste money on data where as i pay every month with out any hassle now that they have to do right by me they are telling me stories.I have payed for their service but i do not have access to it.I only waste money on date for my every day as they fail to send a person to fix the mess they created.
