Fail to bill, and still deduct after I didn't use
I logged a ticket with Webafrica informing that they had failed to charge my credit card for a few months.
Everyone else was able to successfully charge my credit card and there was always enough funds available.

Thus it's Webafrica's fault.

I told them not to bill me for the failed months because it's their fault and I couldn't use the account during that time anyway due to their billing snafu.

So what do they do? they bill me for all the months they failed to bill anyway.....

Seriously? Maybe the billing department should be managed by the marketing dept, because they clearly don't want to retain customers.

So webafrica, you will refund the money for those failed months or lose me as a customer. The amount is paltry, but it's the principle of the matter. You f'ed up and now it's my problem? I don't think so...

You will also confirm that you will do so, in your hellopeter reply. No wiggling out of this by posting a canned-response

Please see how Afrihost does it... They are my primary ISP, you are just a backup in case of the unlikely event of their login failing.
