I have been struggling to get hold of anybody to no avail for the almost a month, when you log a ticket they close it, you cannot get through via whatsapp and then finally when you request a callback they call you, but with an attitude, saying that I must be glad they calling me because they are in technical support and she couldve just transferred me, ***, and then she just transferred me, do not sign up with this company they take your money, its f@##$@ up
