Extremly unhappy client

Ive asked on numerous occasion for agent to call me to resolve or atleast give me some feedback as to why im having internet issues but nothing for 4 weeks.

I try resolve the issue as discussed on the whatsapp chat but when im doing so chat ends and i have to start all from over again.

I have to lines with them as i never had issues in the past but im am so disgusted tht il never allow anyone to use them .

Besides all the money ive lost trying to resolve issues im also loosing money trying to make another plan when this service lets me down.

I dont think this is something that will be resolved soon and i do understand staff working remotely however im sure there are sales teams callinmg clients.

As mentioned im yet to receive a call after a month .
