Extremely unreliable connection with worse customer service

I am paying for a 50mb line, and was dropped to 20mb. I have logged this 3 times. They say they will send a technician to help, but the log gets closed without resolution. I have been charged for 50mb though for about 6 months now. Now they don't want to cancel my account, they start a chat and ignore me when I mention "Cancel".
