Extremely unhelpful

Probably the worst ISP I've ever had in my life. I requested an upgrade for my Wi-Fi over 5 weeks ago, but nothing has happened yet. Every time try to contact them they either don't answer or just keep telling me that they don't know what the problem is and that I'll have to wait. I've been waiting for more than 5 weeks now. I'm extremely disappointed in Webafrica, and would never recommend them to anyone.
