Extremely unhappy webafrica client

Webafrica are a bunch of idiots.i will be cancelling my month to month contract with them.i had numerous issues with fibre.always works fine for 3 weeks then stops working.then you got to get hold of webafrica.via telephone they always superbusy .via watsapp chat i wait 3 days for willy the retarted robot to connect me to an agent.then they log the fault.then vumatel comes after a day or 2 and sorts it .now 3 weeks ago vumatel technician said that my line needs to be replaced .i logged 3 queries with reference numbers to have this line replaced .but no joy .nobody comes.nobody cares .if there is a webafrica manager or an individual who has ***** to call me back and resolve this then i challenge you.***
