I am currently waiting for my line to be active I made payments on 2nd July 2024 and when I followed up I was told they could not locate my payments. I have been trying to get assistance on WhatsApp but the wait is 3-4 hours. Today being 3rd July 2024 @ 10:41 with no reply whatsoever

Please can someone get back to me urgently or else provide me with a refund
