Extremely unhappy and disappointed

That WhatsApp line you guys have should just be s****ped off or fire whoever is handling it cause what the hell is going on??? been trying to get 1 issue resolved for the past 6 days and I keep getting transferred to agents and if I'm lucky I ight just 1 response per day, I don't think you people understand what "livechat" is since you only respond to chats after 6 hours on a lucky day, I'm really tired of this I just wanna cancel this whole thing and find another service provider that will not take a million years to respond to me
