Extremely terrible service from WebAfrica

Very bad service. Will definitely NOT recommend using their services. Internet Fiber installed 1gB line, only receiving 150mB. Reported the fault, not getting any resolution or feedback. Trying to call them, but the call keeps being dropped. The WhatsApp line is not resolving the issue and the fault report number given is pointless because there is no customer care - just a bot This is extremely terrible!
